Aero All-Stars Origins: Chapter 1

Chapter 1: Rise of the All-Stars

Part 1: A New World

Aero was now inside the portal. It looked very colorful and had energy veins rippling along the walls of it. A soft humming sound echoed throughout the portal.
He looked at it and said “This is really cool looking. I wonder where it’s taking us.”
Reaper replied “I have no idea but I feel really tired.”
Aero felt how much of a toll his battles and the hunt really took on him. Eventually, he was starting to pass out in the portal and now was going with the portal’s flow.
It finally spat Aero out, high above a new world.
He finally was knocked unconscious as he fell from the sky. When he woke up, he found himself in a bed in a big castle.
It looked kinda girly, pink edging on a white wall, images of a princess on some of the windows.
He was thinking in his mind (Now I know the portal took us somewhere. This is not normal by any means in my world.) Now he could really feel the damage he had sustained during the escape. He couldn’t move very well and was sore all over. He said “You know, now that I’ve had a chance to rest, I know how bad my injuries really are. That was some crazy shit, eh Reaper?” He was met with silence and turned around. He asked again “Reaper?” only to find that Reaper was gone! Aero didn’t know what to do now. He tried to get up but he was badly injured and crashed from exhaustion. He fought through it and went to find Reaper. He opened the doors and ended up in a long corridor. He thought “Let’s see. If I was a denizen of this world, where would I put weapons?” When he began his search, he noticed a small creature that kinda reminded Aero of a mushroom. It wore a causal outfit that consisted of a white shirt with a blue vest and jeans but Aero was more focused on the mushroom top on its head and its squeaky-ass voice!
He was fighting back the urge to laugh, only to not give away his presence.
It didn’t matter because they noticed him anyway. They tried to catch him and get him back to the infirmary but he outran them and managed to escape despite being injured.
What he saw was a brand new world, waiting to be explored.
He decided to take a walk and explore this new place. He found a town outside of the castle and decided to roam around there while he thought of his next move.
